QuataFood lets you order from local restaurants for delivery to your address or for pickup, pay on your phone and follow your order on a map.

Restaurants set their own menus, prices and opening hours, and each one defines the area it delivers to. When you get a quote, your address is checked against the restaurant's delivery zone, before you pay.

You can order on the website or in the Android app. Payment is digital, from your QuataFood wallet or with QuataPay, which handles mobile money.

Browse the restaurant list, pick a food category or use search, and choose your city on the restaurants page.

Fill your cart and choose where
Choose a saved address with a pin on the map, or pick the order up yourself where the restaurant offers self-pickup.

See the price before you pay
The checkout quote shows the delivery fee. It is a base fee plus a distance fee, and an extra, capped amount can apply when riders are scarce, late at night or in bad weather. A city can also set a free-delivery threshold.

Pay
Pay from your QuataFood wallet balance or with QuataPay, which handles mobile money.

Follow your order
Once the order is out for delivery, the rider's position is shown on a map on the order page.
